As a fervent advocate of Suddha Chikitsa, Dr. Shyam’s fundamental belief centers on treatments that not only alleviate ailments but do so without introducing new health issues. Dr. Shyam’s career is adorned with illustrious awards, such as the Sheikh Zayed Award for Traditional, Complementary, and Alternative Medicine in 2022, the Distinguished Physician Award from the Dubai Health Authority in 2017, and the Distinguished Leaders of Healthcare Award from Health Magazine in 2018. He has played a key role in the worldwide propagation of Ayurveda, having established Ayurvedic brands in more than 20 countries and treated over 100,000 patients. His academic prowess is evident in his Gold Medal in BAMS, MD in Ayurveda from Kerala University, and an MPhil from BITS Pilani.
